How we run a project
Once needs and constraints are defined, development starts. The test platform is updated every week. We begin with the technical foundations before moving up to the interface, then support you into production and hand over to your teams: documented code, a three-day transition session, and training.
At the initial briefing we run a quick tech radar to align with your IT function on the right stack. We adapt to the reality of organisations — and we say no when we believe we would not do the work well.
